Right of Withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the goods.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Please keep all labels and packaging
• For safety reasons, hygiene articles cannot be returned

Return Process:

1. Contact us by email with your order number
2. We will send you a return label
3. Send back the goods
4. After inspection, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days

Exchanges:

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Please contact us for details.
